SCIENTIFIC BASIS OF IMPROVING COTTON GRINDING MACHINES, TRANSMISSION MECHANISMS CONSTRUCTIONS AND CALCULATION OF PARAMETERS

The monograph is dedicated to the improvement of working parts, designs of transmission mechanisms and the development of scientific foundations for determining the operating modes of cotton-ginning machines. Moreover, new, effective design schemes are recommended. Based on theoretical research, several schemes of belt drives with a variable gear ratio (VGR) have been developed for the implementation of the movement of working parts with a variable system and their kinematic characteristics have been determined. As a result of complex theoretical and experimental research, a few laws of motion of the working parts of cotton-ginning machines were obtained based on the analysis of dependence graphs and their parameters were determined. The monograph is intended for scientists, doctoral students of design engineers, bachelors involved in calculations and design of equipment and technology for the primary processing of cotton and the creation of their new versions.
