Synopsis

This monograph has been developed with the aim of presenting our own scientific research, coverage of the work of many years of work of researchers, conducted in the RSNPMTSOiR of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the modification of colchicine, from
of which a large number of new substances are currently isolated in: 4 active connections - K-20, K-42, K-61 and K-48. Based on the use of modern methods studies and experiments studied the ability of substances to induce the formation
splenic colonies (CFUs), their high efficiency, which served a prerequisite for their selection and subsequent search with a detailed study of the properties, which in the future will allow them to be used as substances for the correction
hemo- and immunodeficiency states that occur in most diseases, in including oncopathology. The monograph presents the results of research a number of active substances, with their selection as the most active in terms of ability to colony formation in the spleen (CFUs), selection of effective doses and methods of their administration, with the study of their possible immunomodulatory and hemostimulatory activity.
The monograph is intended for students, doctoral students of medical, pharmaceutical universities, scientific researchers, general practitioners, oncologists and other specialists.
